About
Hey! I’m Yudi
I help international students navigate careers, jobs, visas, networking, and life in the U.S. through practical advice, proven systems, and real-world experience.

Why I Started This
When I first moved to the U.S., I had ambition; but no roadmap.
I didn’t understand how networking worked. I had no credit history. I didn’t know how to approach job applications. And like many international students, I constantly felt like everyone else understood the system better than I did.
So I started figuring things out the hard way: trial, error, repeat.

Through years of trial and error, countless rejections, and real industry experience, I learned how careers are actually built in the U.S., especially for international students trying to stand out in a highly competitive environment.
What started as helping a few friends eventually became something much bigger.
Now? It’s a growing library of tools, guides, and honest advice I wish I had when I landed.
What You'll Find Here
How My Journey Went
Mumbai Roots
Before 2015
I was born and raised in Mumbai, India, in a lower-middle-class family where dreaming big often sounded unrealistic. Growing up, I wanted to become a filmmaker and public speaker — ambitions that were usually met with skepticism and laughter from people around me. But deep down, I always believed I was meant for something bigger.
That belief eventually pushed me to pursue my education in the United States. In 2016, I earned my Master’s in Computer Science from California State University, Chico, which gave me the technical foundation to start building my career in tech.
The Practitioner Path: Industry Mastery
2015 to present
Since 2015, I’ve worked across the U.S. tech industry in multiple roles, learning the business from the ground up. My journey has taken me through nearly every stage of the product lifecycle — from Intern to Project Manager, Scrum Master, Product Owner, Engineering Manager, and eventually Senior Product Manager at the FinTech startup Auto Approve.
But my journey wasn’t smooth. Like many international students, I spent months throwing resumes into the black hole of online job portals with little to no response. After hundreds of rejections and ignored applications, I realized that hard work alone wasn’t enough — I had to understand how the system actually worked.
That realization changed everything.
The System Breaker: FAANG Strategy
I started focusing on narrative positioning, strategic networking, and what I now call “ninja networking.” Instead of applying blindly, I learned how to build visibility, create opportunities, and position myself effectively. Eventually, that approach helped me land opportunities and offers from some of the world’s top tech companies, including LinkedIn, Google, and Meta.
The Scale of Impact: 4,120+ Success Stories
Impact
Today, what started as my personal struggle has grown into a much larger movement. I’ve mentored over 25,000 students, built a YouTube community of 307,000+ subscribers, and currently support more than 2,300 students inside my Academy.
Most importantly, the strategies I teach have helped over 4,120 international students land jobs at companies like Tesla, Microsoft, Walmart, Amazon, and Xerox.
